Our lead Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist, Tessa Nielsen is dedicated to helping you resolve any challenges you're facing and doing so with a collaborative, team-work driven approach.
Based out of Rampage Fitness New Plymouth, we offer 1:1 training for those in the Taranaki region, or virtual online coaching for those based elsewhere.
